TRON- Ares 2025

TRON- Ares 2025 is a very well made, excellent wild ride that you absolutely need to experience in IMAX 3D. This movie is made for those massive screens and seats that shake. The visuals are stunning sleek neon buildings, dynamic digital worlds, and light effects that feel more real and advanced than anything in Legacy. Every shot is crafted to blow your mind in the best way possible. The sound is just as intense. Nine Inch Nails’ score is heavy, pounding, and sharp. It doesn’t just back up the action; it powers it. If Daft Punk’s score for Legacy was smooth future-synth, NIN’s is all-out digital battle. The story is pretty straightforward, maybe a bit too straightforward. It doesn’t have much mystery or emotional depth. But what it lacks in complexity, it makes up for with nonstop action. From the moment Ares steps into the Grid, it’s a constant barrage of thrilling scenes. And those scenes are something else. The action is the real standout. Faster, more intense, and more creative than anything the series has done before. The performances are all solid. Jared Leto gives a fine performance in years, keeping the film grounded without going overboard. Greta Lee is amazing in every scene, Evan Peters is fantastic, and Jodie Turner-Smith adds weight. Arturo Castro brings some much-needed humor, while Gillian Anderson, Jeff Bridges, and Hasan Minhaj shine in their short roles. Tron: Ares might not make you think too hard – but if you’re looking for pure cinematic immersion, it’s one of the most exciting movies of the year.
